Through engaging in philanthropic practice that seeks to transform society from the starting point of individual intention, I came to recognize that continuity depends not only on passion, but also on the surrounding conditions—research, institutional frameworks, and organizational design.

As a member of Toi, I am involved in organizational management and the design of support structures. In fields that shape the relationship between people and society, I work closely with on-the-ground realities, supporting the process through which initiatives unfold.

Moving between each individual’s vision of society and the realities of practice, I value walking alongside partners—from concept to implementation to refinement—so that new possibilities can emerge.
