I have spent many years working in the entertainment industry, connecting music with a wide range of creative works and products. 

Through this work, I have remained deeply interested in the moments when people from different backgrounds and cultures bring their perspectives together, and relationships emerge that allow each person’s strengths to unfold.

As a mother, my daily life with my child has also made me aware that many urgent challenges in society cannot be understood solely through the lenses of efficiency or rationality.

When people face difficulties, what are the conditions that allow them to take a step forward again?And how can those efforts become part of a sustainable cycle rather than ending as a one-time act of consumption?

Holding these questions close, I hope to contribute to shaping a flow through Toi’s initiatives where new possibilities for society can emerge.
