I aspire to contribute to spaces where individuals and organizations can recognize and respect one another—while continuing to exist without strain.

Throughout my career—whether as a consultant, within venture companies, or as part of nonprofit secretariats—I have focused on building project operations and back-office systems that allow each person involved to feel their sense of purpose and collaborate meaningfully.

At Toi, as a member of the administrative team, I hope to create an environment where not only Toi’s members, but everyone connected to Toi, can remain true to themselves and engage with vitality.
